Try changing also their properties, for example:

- accuracy;
- combat style;
- alertness;
- camping;
- strafing ability;
- favourite weapon;
- jumpy behaviour.

Don't forget that certain custom maps do NOT have bot support, maybe that's why they act like dumbs.

Welcome to MHM and The House of Hermskii the_NrGzR,

If you're running UT from a laptop and you're experiencing lags or hiccups, they are most likely the effect of your laptop's energy conservation settings.

I'm running Vista Home Basic and found changing the advanced power settings for my High Performance power plan fixed the problem. You need to find the advance settings and set the maximum processor usage to 100%, minimum 5% if it isn't already.

Also if you're running from Vista, try launching the UnrealTournament.exe file by right clicking and selecting "Run as administrator." This allows Vista to give UT unlimited resources, thus allowing for better performance.

Here is a screen shot of what I see from Vista. If you're running XP, what you see may be similar, but either way you get the gist of what you need to do.

Good luck. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Good, try launching the UnrealTournament.exe file by right clicking and selecting "Run as administrator" and see if that helps at all.
