This may be just me, but it keeps vanishing from my favorites and I have to search for it on the UT Servers tab.

It just keeps coming up as inactive on my favorites when I know darn well it's working fine.

Fuzz I've noticed you've split the MH maps in three different columns, so you should make the following change in your MapVoteLA.ini file:

Code: Select all

List3Priority=1.200000
The way it is now, if I vote for a MH map of the 3rd column my vote count only as 1 instead of 1.2

Keep up the good work!

Mayhem v8 cutover successful at Fuzz_Ball's Funhouse!
It's currently configured to be a little more of a challenge but not impossible:
Health gains are a little slower and so is the ammo regen.
Friendly fire is at 10%, so watch those Ripper blades!
Thanks again to Gopostal for your guidance.
I'm figuring this STUFF out.

Yeah, Bio, I've noticed that too.
I've been suspicious of the old UMH mod and now it's GONE.
Will keep an eye on it.

Thanks for pointing that out, POTS.
Change has been made.

Looks like a few players were on FBF for some time today!
Cool!

Hang in there Fuzz. It will start getting really cool if you can keep handling the heat in the kitchen. With Gopo helping it will be hard to fail. Congrats!

"NAABs" This old schooler isn't familiar with this latest term. Could someone give me the definition of it and use it properly in a sentence about -HellFire-?

I think NAABs has some relation to noobs but I honestly don't know.

You are correct Ol' Herm! "{MHM}Cosmic.Forklift: Naab = A loser form of noob".
In a sentence: Hellfire` repeatedly shoots Biocow in the head as if he's a NAAB.

I think naab was invented by HellFire for no apparently good reason.
Back in mah day we used the word noob

I beleive you are correct Bio.
I put Cosmic.Forklift's name in there just because he was being an asshat and had to be BANNED! Not playing and calling everyone names = being an asshat. The players who were on at that time should have a laugh at the mention of his/her name.

CONGRATULATIONS, Cosmic.Forklift, YOU ASSHAT. YOU (and your IP) ARE THE FIRST TO BE BANNED AT FUZZ_BALL'S FUNHOUSE!

p.s. I have no idea what exactly an asshat is but it IS far worse than a naab!

The term ''Naab'' doesn't really mean something but it sounds funny..
And it makes people whine when I use it somehow :|

Pah!
Hellfy you use the word naab the way most people use "stupid" or "blue".

I mean c'mon, the only phrase that gets used more is the ever-shining Moo.

And asshat is better than naab, naab is so common it's a description, not an insult :P

Guys I think I've solved the mystery: the server does not completely disappear from the UT servers tab, it happens only when the gametype is switched.

For example a player votes for a DM map, so the server disappears from the MH servers tab and even from your favourites, if you've saved it from the MH tab, but you are still able to find the server if you take a look at the DM servers tab.

Take a look at this picture:
Image

Looks like the server has been saved twice which is normally impossible, unless you save it once from the MH tab and another time from the DM tab. Hope it's clearer now...

Great find, again, POTS!
Yes, there ARE problems with mixed gametype mode.
Although I operate mostly from my Preferiti tab  ,it often disappears.
This happens more while non MH games are in play.
I'm thinking of starting an Arena style, which should minimize this type of problem.
More on that LATER.

Fuoco Amico - sounds better in Italiano!
