Low ping - bad connection

Intel has a patch too I think. Then they also have a setting for one core to control the game. Search UT affinity I think.

Well I think I have my answer. It's the servers that I play on. I have tried everything I can think of and some servers just don't work well for me. When I do traceroutes on them the bad servers have more routing points. So even with low ping, it doesn't always register my shots when I think they should. Anyway thanks for all your help.
