No I actually want to see how easy it would be to make that into a usable bot, to put on my server. I'd share it if I got it going.KiLLaKeLLeR wrote:that is a kewl effect, you just want to see the code I assume?Helen wrote:Hey EvilGrins, can you send me the package that contains that GrimReaper?

Re: MH-Monsters][ map requests
While i got folks looking into those TWT Zombies for me...
...I slapped another one together.
HauntedCreatures package. Slow moving zombie monsters with meat weapons. There's a Krall one too but he's not so very slow and he uses their standard projectile.

Thanks EvilGrins.

Re: MH-Monsters][ map requests
Say Hel, do you often convert creatures/monsters into player models for your bots?
Do you keep the original creature?
Send me some, I could always use some more monsters to put into maps.

Re: MH-Monsters][ map requests
Looks like I've gotta rebuild MH-Skaarj][ from scratch. Thought it was a fluke until I played the map over again, twice, but for some reason the exit isn't opening anymore.
I've gotten okay at map editing but I've got no clue how to fix that so might as well do it over. At least this way I can add the green skaarj in like i originally wanted.

Re: MH-Monsters][ map requests
This is already setup but it wasn't easy.
They're IrradiatedSkaarj from MH-USSR_Volkov-SectorAlphaV2. I had to delete and reset the map the above pics are 3 times because of these things. See, they're not from a .u file, they're directly embedded into MH-USSR_Volkov-SectorAlphaV2. I was curious if I could put them on another map and I could but there were problems.
Is it possible to password lock the contents of a map?
Installing them into MH-SkaarjHulks][ (seemed a good name) was easy. It copied them directly into the MyLevel portion of the map. I didn't realize their skins wouldn't atomatically go with them, got a weird other map (pregious attempt) that's similar but they're largely transparant on that one. So I tried to put their actual skin into MyLevel but everytime I went there UnrealEd crashed.
Ultimately I had to do it backwards. Put the skin into MyLevel first, copy the texture info to a text document, then put the monsters onto the map, and edit them with a lot of cut & pasting...as I couldn't go back into MyLevel without crashing UnrealEd.
So, it works but editing it for any future issues will likely only work so long as I avoid the MyLevel part of the textures.
