Anyone barbecuing this weekend? Well I'm cooking for 20+ people and you're all invited if you're passing by.

hmm kinda like DM said ,I think it'sa bit of a drive lol but, I will share a rub recipe for your ribs:
Dry Rub:
8 tablespoons light brown sugar, tightly packed
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon rubbed thyme
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Close to what I throw together.
Jalapeno seasoning sounds like the ticket though.
Thanks for the tip Chef.

That is making me hungry. Any bets? I think Manning will take it by over 17 points for the Colts. I have the biggest spread I've seen so far.

I didn't really care who won, all I wanted was to hit my numbers.
And I didn't :x ......Good for Manning though.

Goddamn, I'm freezing my nuts off up here with -10C temps during the day, and -15C overnight, and you're talking bbq. I really need to win the lotto so I can do that snowbird thing. :|
I'm a man........but I can change........if I have to........I guess

Too bad Nameless! LOL.

So, 29-17 was the final. I got the team right but didn't make the spread so I would have lost yet I did get pretty close. A field goal and a safety for the colts would have done it.
