Yes, that is quite awesome indeed.
I thought I recognized that name!

There is a Shrine in La Crosse WI - The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe

It is only about a mile or 2 from my sister's house.
It is spectacular to visit let me tell you. :wink: (yes I have been there in the recent past)

They told us at the shrine about that painting and another little known anomaly about it is that there is a very thin air gap between the paint and the canvass - the paint and the canvass do not touch each other.
Now THAT is totally cool! :o

EDIT: By the way, Dec 12 is/was "Virgin of Guadalupe" day (at least for sure in Mexico) :wink:
