Undo skincodes?

I was playing the MHM Village with hellfire and we decided to see if skincodes work on cows.
They don't.
But now of course it keeps that as my skin and I have to manually atomic myself through player setup+behindview 1 in every new level or I just go around as a warcow that doesn't move it's legs...floaty.
It's decidedly annoying and I could use some help on how to tell my computer "I don't want the skincode! stop it! "

I'd help you outright but I don't know jack about val av. I don't use it and honestly I dislike the mod rather strongly (see the MEAT thread on skin hacks we are having now for precisely why).

If I use a skincode and reconnect as warmachine I'll keep it for ever!
So maybe cows are different

The code isn't applied, I just look like a normal warcow with no animations AT ALL.
I have to player setup myself to get back to atomic

Male, female and boss skin are made up of 4 parts (not including the face and team colours)
Nali and cow use only one part.
If you use a skin which has less that 4 parts, the parts missing will appear as green.
Most of these skin mix's are 4 part skin mix's only a few are three.

Botpack and UnrealShare (116)skins should work, others may only work on certain maps.

I havent tested all the skins so I cant guarantee they will work,

These are for male, female and boss only, for them to work with Cow add a Number to the end of the skin such as :"skin=Botpack.ASMDAlt.ASMDAlt_a01" it should work with all the skins with "a0"

Hmm i have never tried one on a cow before.
What i usually do to take off a skincode is go into your player setup, change your class completely and change back.
For example if im a female solider with a skin code but i want to take it off i would change to a nali or a cow, and then log into the server, change back into the female solider, and relog back into the server again. Then im the female solider with what ever skin i decided on (and not the skin hack)
It usually works from there, and you will never load that skin hack again unless you type it into your console again.

Usually works for me, if that doesnt work you can change it in your ini i believe. but try the above first.

I join as a cow made of lava and then have to cover myself in atomic plating, it's kind of fun really because it makes me seem like some fire demon inside a suit of armor

That sounds like your ut has become corrupted, my advice to you would be to reinstall if you are still receiving the same errors.

It's part of an anthology, If I want to reinstall one of them then Unreal Gold, UT2004 and Unreal 2 go with it...

Well, I tried your change mesh advice and it worked, so everything's back to normal...Do sort of miss lavacow though
