Cheats for not online.

god - prevents you from taking any damage
loaded - gives you all available weapons
allammo - gives you 999 rounds of ammunition for all weapons you are currently carrying
ghost - lets you fly and walk through walls
fly - like ghost mode, but walls will stop you
walk - takes you out of ghost or fly modes
addbots [number] - adds the specified number of computer-controlled players
killpawns - removes everyone but you from the game
killall [monster name] - kills all monsters of the indicated type
slomo [1.0 - 10.0] - slows down the game to the degree you indicate - 1.0 is normal speed
playersonly - stops time for everyone but you
behindview 1 - switches to third person view
behindview 0 - reverts to normal view
open [map name] - opens the specified map
summon [item name] - instantly conjures up the specified item
summon unreali.[monster name] - creates the specified monster
addbots [number] - adds specified number of bots

But some unsafe servers like
]KAUT[Xloc practise server u can use those cheats.
At least most servers are safe and no cheats can access
