I thought I read where a Server Admin by the name of mars007 was doing that for you. If he can't I know a few others that can do it for you or tell you how to do it.

You said you were 64 years old. Did you used to have a guy name HOOK babysit you when you were a kid? I was just wondering. LOL!

Better look at configuration. Can be good to check the log, if you have an error will see what is there.

Exist more that 100 mutators which are using INI files (sometimes aren't generated automatically). In case of missing ini (or aditional packages speaking about servers), those need to be fixed (as I know so far). Settings aren't doing themselves.

I have doubts about this file "ClanFlagsALL.rar". INT placed in this package seems to call
a class only with imports of textures not mutator. INT is wrong. Assuming using this with right INT I think need textures as packages and mutator to run only in server. Anyway, a class "extends mutator abstract" must be described (why abstract ?) Sometimes is bad to drink and coding in the same time.

Medor forgot to explain how to put up an assumed mutator with a wrong INT file, at least this is source-code not mutator itself.

Another file "HampModels.rar" contains jpg files and a very important "Thumbs.db". How to put JPG in UT99 ? :lol: First of all I guess is necessary to be converted as BMP or PCX and imported somewhere in a file called later.

Good, problem seems to be solved, maybe need small explanations, an info file or something, even screenshots how to load mutators ? Mars... pls complete mod with all required info.

I think SplashLogo (or LogoSplash?) is capable of replacing the stock flas.I am thought not sure if it works as I never tried it myself but I've seen others repacing them using it.

If the flag design is part of a mutator then you need that listed in your serverpackages or it won't be visible to others.
