NW3 Ultra Gore SSE

NW3 Ultra Gore SSE (Special Standalone Edition):
This is a release for Unreal Tournament concerning the new NW3 gore system.
It's called SSE given that it uses Nali Weapons 3 technology and features but it does not need Nali Weapons 3 to run at all, thus it can run with anything: normal weapons, NW3 (of course), ZP, Instagib, RX, etc...
It runs in any gametype, it can be customized from the server or the client, and all the gore effects run on the client alone thus not affecting the server itself at all.

Is added already, now I wanna hear people speaking about a good mutator (until this moment I don't understand what was so cool at others).
Why I'm appreciating this mutator ? .........:
1) Is indeed a mutator changing the look of the game from and old expired thing to a good looking one - impressive Epic rules - no mature taunts - I'm still amused only by some taunts forbidden to kids and nothing else more (breaking pants from a bullet leaving pawn with a... in the sun, a piece of D... felt when pawn was killed, ect);
2) Noticing the changes and comparing results VS performance is a good balance. I mean default settings seems to not affect performance of game and here I'm glad to see a good code optimization;
3) Speaking about log (I checked client especially) - I did not find any error or I need glasses ?

Just a small request in case of SEEb.
I want Blood even when victim is taking damage (minigun2) not only if was gibbed with a strong hit (by example I have small things in a function TakeDamage).

Ah yes Nelsona, you want it like Loathsomes other mod "MoreBlood"
I think there is another called "bleeders"
Another good one is "Blood trails" so you leave bloody footprints depending on how damaged you are.

BUMP, BUMPER, etc.

I have a small problem. Others seems to have different small problems. For some guys small problems seems not welcomed. (Was introduction)

Now real Facts:
A few players downloaded stuff for a CTF game with monsters. When they reached to BloodyMess chapter they suddenly gave up. Is too much 7 MB for a CTF adicted player ? Maybe yes. Mod removed. Other stuff bigger than 10 MB will be removed too. Players want to play not to download so they need only small files...
Now, should be OK (I guess):
- No start wait (more reasons than players);
- No scoreboard for ages delay;
- No aditional 2 minutes for votes;
- No travel taking ... more than 0.2 seconds;
- No stats posting STRINGS not names, :P;
- More ? I'm sorry for wick redirect 350 KB/s in closer area, 30-50 kb/s overseas;
- Just a temporary party (Storm risk, costs, different "cool dudes", etc.);
- 30 tickrate, 7500 speed for everybody (don't join if you think is bad - go to sleep with 2600 in other place);
- IpToCountry available updated, and so on.

Advertising is not necesary.

This mod will be improved. I still didn't work further on it, as I will make the improvements/fixes in NW3 itself first (which has this mod integrated into), and then carry them over to the standalone version.

As for players quiting when they reach something rather small as 7Mb, story of my life.
Now imagine how players react to NW3 itself instead.... yet most players nowadays download Gb's worth of content, games and updates for those games...
But I guess those are the same players with a worse Internet connection than a strings phone, since with a redirect service, those 7Mb go down by a lot and the download is almost instantaneous (at least in my end with the servers I visited lately).
