Why does it have friendly fire? :?

People who spam shots everywhere are usually idiots who will do it even with friendly fire on, and some people follow me around shooting at me just because...Who knows?

It's on just to add a slight challenge for players to pay attention.
It's only 10%.
Mainly, I enabled it for the NAABs who like to move directly in front of me while I'm whittling away at some overly healthy boss! :twisted:
So, if someone's shooting at you - shoot back!

Sounds like a fun mod, I might give it a go :P
That being said, I do worry about meeting Supreme on there :?

Hehe, fuzzy I think you misunderstood my remark :P

10% friendly fire is the same as x10 health.
Regeneration= UTMJ mod.
against idiots = Fighting vs MH jerks who are shooting at me.

I was making one of my hidden comments implying that friendly fire could turn the MH into a dysfunctional DeathMatch.

"passive-aggressive" comment out of the way, I'll admit that's a worst case scenario, but my pessimistic mind always looks for problems. I can't help it :o

Seems like I can't download the following map:
MH-(_@_)_Nevada_Fallout_V3

As soon as the download of the "Wood" package (a custom package necessary to run that map) is close to 100% my UT crashes with the following error:

Sorry to see that , POTS.

It seems that Wood file is also a problem for Lost in Time. Gopo helped me clean up a lot of corrupt files and looks like there is still a problem with Wood. It could be that a previous download of it is bad. Try deleting your cache?

As we get older, we start to notice problems with - oh never mind :roll:

BTW has anyone been able to get into the secret room (in the command center) in Nevada Fallout for all the cool weapons? Seems impossible without boots or transloc. Otherwise, that map really is Useless.

POTS the explanation why you crashed is in there. The map and texture are good on server, I've played it to check.

Ok, it is possible to get to the secret room (in the command center) in Nevada Fallout.
Hint: shoot the big box toward the corner, boost yourself on it, boost onto the bookshelf or whatever it is and boost yourself into the room. Of course you need to spawn WITH a weapon that'll allow you to boost yourself.
As far as the Megashock and IG on the TOP shelf, I haven't had success but the missile guns, flak and ripper variants make the going a little more manageable.

I'd like to report two maps:

1 - MH-UReal-V3
The map is based on a dark, cubic, long maze with endless respawning skaarjs, and a bunch of Titans packed in a small cubic room at the end of the first part of the maze, and the best thing you can do to kill them is to use ripper or flak primary fire, taking advantage of the rebounds. There are some jets at start, but there's really no room to use them. The only way to end this map is to skip everything but the Titans. Last but not least, there's no trigger associated to the final GiantGasbag boss so you can avoid the fight and go straight to the end. This map looks really bad, but if you want feel free to check it out by yourself.

2 - MH-Tashara3
The map is nice, but there are two problems: first, there's no MH-END actor and second, it looks like an unfinished map to me, since the lever to open the Warlords Gate is placed in a (nearly) inaccessible balcony-like thing protected by some grates (I had to be boosted up there in order to activate it). Anyway the main issue is the missing End.

I'm not very active lately, but I'm still around at times.

Here are two more broken maps:

MH-MHMDeadCityVillage{beta7}
Not sure why you got rid of the SendMePacking mod (security issues?), but without that thing you can't access to the village; what about installing the latest version of the map that doesn't require that package in order to work properly?

MH-TheAnnouncerv1
One of the teleporter is broken and you can't go on. I think this was a beta map or something.

I also noticed you updated Nexgen to version 1.11; that's very good but the last time I played on the server there were no spectator slots yet, and my Nexgen account has been downgraded to level 3. I think I'm missing something. :?
