Quake II Map called "The Warehouse"
Because I have a player the frequents this place who also loves Quake II, I have installed a converted Quake II map. It's UT name is DM-Q2DM8. It is a remake of a Quake II map called The Warehouse. The main point is it uses revamped QII textures and stuff. It is big. Really big, just like we like our maps in Texas! With a full house, it will move quickly. Only three players, be ready to run and hunt. Looking for feedback and other Quake 2 conversions. The mapper also made:
DM-Installation Alpha
DM-Crypt Of Qapla'
DM-Amethyst
DM-Q2DM1 (The Edge)
DM-Q2DM2 (Tokay's Towers)
I'll download and check out these too. I already run number 2 and 3. Later!

I went over to Nali City to get the map DM-Q2DM8 that you are running on CG. Nali City seems to be sorting the maps by author now. I was taken to the page with everything by that map's maker. So I downloaded them all, to have a look.
The Quake II maps are all very faithful to that game. The colours are all brown, and all the textures are industrial looking. I did not recognize any specific maps, but perhaps they are pieces of the larger single player maps. -More likely they are merely inspired by Quake II. They are very ugly really, and I found them boring to play in for ordinary UT. However they were transformed to interesting maps when they were played as redeemer arena maps. They're still not aesthetically pleasing of course, but the layouts make new challenges for redeemer missile fighting.
Think of them as smaller and browner versions of DM Rusty Inc., and you get the idea.
