Funny thing that i too call it a bait fish the thing is it was my first and you always gotta get a shot of the first and biggest. There not necessarily the same fish and to be honest in the uk you cant catch big fish from the shore maybe a lucky strike once in a while but would be luck.
Going fishing on the 'beach' is more for fun and the day out with the hopes of catching fish at all.
