Going through all the threads at the Redeemer Insanity forum I found something a little interesting.
Back in 2004/2005 there was a player going around stirring up trouble...besides me...lol
What this person was doing was using offensive player names as well as using offensive language.
It was so much of a problem that a few players wanted help in getting this person banned.
Not sure if this person was ever identified or if he was ever banned, the threads never
really said, but it went on for awhile.
Anyway, a year or two ago I had a similar situation where someone was coming to my server
and he to was using offensive player names...and he also had the tendency to talk S#$@.
And the funny/interesting thing was...he was using the same offensive player
names that this other player used back 2004/2005.
Hmm...Does anyone see a pattern here?
And what is really interesting is...I found out who it was...
I'm not sure if I ever mentioned it to anyone other than Hermskii, but
this player was a good player, had been around awhile and was some what respected.
And although I haven't seen this player in awhile I've got a feeling he still makes
an appearance here from time to time.
Anyway, it was a couple years ago and we all do stupid stuff.
I guess this person didn't like the idea that others were getting better then him.
It was definitely the case with him and I...lol

Anyway, I'll try to save or motivate/provoke/stimulate some interest in a 4 year old thread.
Actually, I was hoping "a nameless entity" would have caught wind of this topic and asked for a name.

quite a while ago i was in a server (cant remember which one) and they had a mod that would blank out all inappropriate words in the message box and replace player names with inappropriate words in them (with whatever the server wanted i think). you should have a look for it. ill keep my eyes open if i ever remember what server that was.

As for the attitude problem well some players are just (blank)s that you cant do anything about except try and kick.

I run BodenX2....KeepItClean.
It does the same thing and more.


But as for the "Bully" of 2005...he was just mad that others were getting better then him.
And I guess regulars, including Hermskii, thought he was one of the "better players" back then.
When in actuality he wasn't all that good.
He only had a couple maps that he could spray himself to victory on.
Other than that he would leave if he wasn't winning...lol
And he was a big advocate of bots being part of the game.
That should explain a lot.
