Refuses to send map

whatsup im a lowg sniper player but i always love to mess around on your MRS used to play quite a few times i left UT for a couple years just came back got my ie set up and of cource added your server to my favorites but every time i try to go into the server the dl for map goes once thats done it says failed server refuses to send file DM-Whatevermapits on it does the same thing in the weeker curious george server also but i tried dl everything their was and the first post here already had winrar so i skipped that and still i have the same prob anythin you know that i could do to fix this prob i love playin on your server and iv been mad that i cant anymore

You may restall UT again.
I can't get ON MRS or CG .I restall again

ty i didnt reinstall just installed another UT on my comp tried that nothing got the same message put on the mapvotela13 and also the v436 patch and that still didnt work same message

Yo DeL-ScorchO, welcome back to the Deemers. Just email MEAT and he can tell you what the problem is. He may be able to send you what is stopping the download.

Other than downloading MapvoteLA 1.3 or doing a fresh reinstall of UT...you got me...

From my understanding DeL-ScorchO gets to the end of downloading a map then it stops.
And this only happens with CG and MRS.
The problem doesn't sound familiar to me...maybe Hermskii or gopostal have an answer?

Try {RVH} server and see if you have the same problem . . . .

This Happen to me last year. IT take me 5 reinstall finally get running.DeL-ScorchO Just make U have nothing UT left CP like Xfire or Map manger or anything esle.It only one reinstall

If that yor problem is this mapvotela13 go CG you can get it.

Hi there DeL -ScorchO!

This is the Admin of that "weeker" server called CG. I have not had any complaints about files not downloading to people in a few years now I would have to guess but it is possible that this is your issue. Please try to connect to the "weeker" server again and write down the exact error message you get. Then come back here and tell us about it. I'm sure we'll be able to help you.

I also want to welcome you to this forum which also has some sort of direct relationship with that "weeker" server you mentioned earlier. Please be sure to go to the "Welcome to the Show" section of this forum and give us a post there about yourself. Peace and Welcome to the Show!

i just say that because everytime im on their the same server but MEATS always seems more populated so i guess right term woulda been less popular server but ima bout to get a new computer delivery date is on tuesday so ill try and see what happens when i dl UT in a fresh comp and also when i get the time ill put a shot a ss that it gives me when the error comes

Hey, I was just spelling it as I saw it in the first post. It's OK no matter anyways. My skin is thick. I gave MEAT and Killer Klownz plenty of hell a while back when my server was enjoying the crowds more. I honestly don't care how popular my servers are but do enjoy seeing people enjoy them. I wish everyone could enjoy the success I've had while running servers and I think the people here who are server admins and a part of the House of Hermskii are doing exactly that. I'm thrilled. I just like to nag at them every once in a while to keep them on their toes and trying harder. It's all good here!!!

So it was written...now let it be told...my server is mo better then everyone elses...

Don't hate the game just hate the player...MEAT !!!

But all kidding aside...we all run different and unique versions of this game we call Redeemer.
And there are different strokes for different folks when it comes to playing this silly game.
Regardless of what server someone is playing we must do our best to keep players motivated to play Redeemer.
I do my best to promote this game Redeemer and I do my best to help educate those that pass our way.
I just wish I was talented enough to help Del-ScorchO and others that struggle when trying to play our game.
Thank gawd I have my mentor Hermskii and lately gopostal to help me and others out.
