I was playing on the server but then had to leave. I then came back and I was no longer able to jump and then I was kicked. As I was watching what was going on, it was stating that it was trying to log me in and then I got an error. I did this a couple times and got the same error.

Hmm a login timeout, sometimes it happens to me also (and not only on the UMH server). It might be due to lag, but I'm not sure. You better ask gopostal or Bob for further information.

I'm pretty sure that's because you couldn't load Nexgen. That also happened to me, even in MHM3. Could be lag or also some issues you could have with that particular map.

Yep, ask Gopo or Bob. They have a lot of background in coding and I'm sure they'll find a solution

I have played on the server before without any issues, and I just got done playing on it about a minute ago and it played fine. Must have been a hiccup, you know the kind that does not make sense but it works later on.

Just to make things clear once and for all:

the Ultimate Monster Hunt servers {UMH} are no more related to the House of Hermskii {HOH}.
Forget the old {MHMIII} server, the new servers have:

- different admins;
- different mods/mutators;
- a totally different game-style;
- a new and independent forum;
- their own website;
- they're mostly addressed to mappers, coders and developers.

The new admins are:

- gopostal
- Bobster (AKA Bob)
- Gem_Mrs.Bob

Well, I got banned off the forums for this weekend, I intend to give up on them but not the server, tread carefully guys it's lethal over there.

Don't blame disease and external things for what choices a person makes. If they act like a jerk, it's because they acted like a jerk. Hellfy it was the fact that Supreme did that then rubbed Fuzzy's face in it. There was more of him taunting but I felt that was sufficient to show the point, as I don't want to embarrass Fuzz. If you guys want to circle around Supreme because he's your "boy" go right ahead. I'd like to disinvite you playing here though if you don't like the way things are run. We are busting our butts to provide a quality product and I'm very weary of "I can do what I want". Most of our trouble is coming directly from 5% of the members. I recognize that older servers I ran were tolerant of this, but I have clearly stated this is not the case any longer. Do yourself a favor and either stop this stuff or I promise you I will start handing out disinvitations. There is too much work to be done to have to deal with these same issues over and over and over.

Bio I clearly asked for people NOT to get involved. I posted this information so it would be clear what happened, but I didn't lock the thread because (again) people need to take responsibility for what they do. You have a choice whether or not to act against what I asked you to refrain from, and you made your decision. Due to posting:

I'm done playing around guys. It's fine to dislike the way things are and you can show that with your choice of not playing or posting. People that do play or post here are going to enjoy an atmosphere of fun, and not have to be subjected to arguements, poor sportsmanship or childish behavior.

Well, he has a good cause in mind, it's just a pity he's so overzealous he does it wrong.

Making a clean server free of jerks? Good.
Attempting to do this through simple aggressiveness, Not So Good.

If he was annoyed with my post, what's the problem with saying "I told you not to do that, so don't or I will ban you for the weekend to cool down" Or something...
But that way he wouldn't be able to use his admin powers, soooo...forget that plan, stick with the instant punishment theme

At least I'm still allowed on the server, and all the other UMH's seem to be fine, I just need to tread lightly around the freshly mutated gopostal and keep off the forums for awhile...

On the bright side, give a month or so for everyone to get banned and MHM might get updated

I think we should all just try our best to stop the fighting.
UMH has a set of rules and MHM has a set of rules.
We all need to change mindsets before we go into a new server.
It's not our server to criticize. They have a goal in mind and we have to respect it.
I personally don't like the server style and rules but again it's not my server.
Thats why I chose not to be a member at their forums
but I do still play from time to time on the server. We just have to learn to live with it
even if it does get us banned or suspended for silly reasons.
Don't play or Don't complain.

Thats all just my opinion
