How big is it Namless? Here are my current settings:

Maximum Avatar File Size
For uploaded avatar files Bytes
Maximum Avatar Dimensions
(Height x Width in pixels) x
Avatar Storage Path
Path under your phpBB root dir, e.g. images/avatars
Avatar Gallery Path
Path under your phpBB root dir for pre-loaded images, e.g. images/avatars/gallery

All of the answers are set to yes and the size is set to 180 x 180. How big is your Avatar?

It's about as tall as yours is wide, and not nearly so wide as yours is tall. It is tiny, and 40kb in size.
