There are, or were, a lot of missing threads and replies. But I see that you noticed that. I had to use my old password to get in here just now. And Firefox resisted mightily the change back, and kept insisting that it be told to remember the change back. Which of course I don't want, because hopefully your website will soon remember my new password. Correct?

I also hate with a passion those stupid "security" whatchamacallit's that always mess you up by asking for Oh's or Zer0's, and no matter which you pick, it is always wrong.

It is not gone but I do need to set it up again. I suspect I will hear from lots of server admins who I have been hosting high speed redirect files for. Note also how much faster they are now! Please shoot me a private PM showing what your username and password was "before" so I can setup the new "same login" for you.

Shucks. Looks like i have to move this forum and website AGAIN. I have been with blue host and they were awesome at first but now like my last web provider being ipowerweb and I'm finding myself on hold for 20 minutes to talk to support which I'm simply too old and mean to do. I already know where I'm moving this to next and expect to get this moved over there by end of week hopefully.

I can't blame you.
You know service must be getting bad if the phone lines are tied-up.

I remember my friend telling me about his ISP being so good that the people on the phone are bored and wait ages for people to chat to.
They answer within 2 rings.

That is how Blue Host WAS! I tried them out several times before I moved from ipowerweb to them. They always answered in less than 30 seconds and the people I spoke too were all intelligent, good English speaking Mormons in Utah. They were awesome at first!

About 10 months into my first and only year contract I started seeing the wait times increase. The final straw was waiting on line for 20 minutes to get to a help desk type person twice in the same day. What broke the deal was that I then called the same number again and asked for sales (as though I was starting a new account with them) and they picked up the phone instantly.

If you can't properly take care of the clients you already have, don't you dare take on more clients and make the existing ones suffer because you are a greedy non-work-load-balancing company. If you ever want to get through to someone the fastest just act like you're a new customer and watch how quick you get service. Sad!
