It was rushed, I can do much better. It was hurried because I was working on making a custom monster for a buddies 2K4 invasion server. It turned out really well too:

Next is to model it so the wings will flap and it can fly and soar and add some dynamic light to the eye glow, but that's for another project.
That's one of my all time favorite maps too. It's called DM-Silence and it's a model of Buffalo Bill's basement/dungeon from Silence of the Lambs.

For sake of clarity, I did not make the original skeletal rig or skin. I built upon previous work already done. Everything else, however is mine: the monster coding, the hit/death sounds, weapon and health setup, custom death particles, etc. Also did some cleanup on the skeleton as the rig had some pinch in it. I also meant to push in that codpiece a bit too, but forgot. Looks like he's packing heat
