How do you paste a Symbol in UT

I'm trying to figure out what binded key to use to do symbols like this Example: {MHM}HELL§N|PE® How can i put that in my Name in UT?

Just (Ctrl+V) the name that you want and (Ctrl+C) it in your Player Setup.
