MRS problem spilling over into CG

Player recently banned from MRS (May 27th) may be playing on CG now. Playing on the server tonight (June 10th, between 10pm. & 11pm. CST). Took a screenshot of the system console, so you guys can see what was being said.

It's funny, two days ago I was over on Klownz server and the person
I banned came in and as asked me if I would lift his ban.
He said he was sorry and he promised he wouldn't call people
names anymore.
I told him I would lift his ban only if he would come here to the forum
and register...and beg for forgiveness.
He said he would but I still see no sign of him.
He goes by many names but his IP is the same...IP...70.145.64.13

I'll also keep an eye out for this IP

Obviously he has a keybind for some of his text he displays.

MEAT & Flash, do you remember any of his other names?

I suppose that "he" is happy about that guard being killed in the Holocaust Museum yesterday!

I have 4 or 5 names for him but I don't think he uses the same names on a regular basis.
I asked him why he uses different names and he said "I don't know".
I asked him why he called people names and he said "do people get upset".
Not sure about this guy...lol

Vent a little here
I can understand why some people use different names:
...They don't want to be recognize
...They want to cause trouble
But why some regulars use different names is beyond me.
And I hate the excuse "well my son was on the PC earlier".
Or "I'm only here for fun so why should I change".
It takes all of 5 sec to change names...just change to your real name.
What are you scared of something?

Is there any way for me (as a player) to get another player's IP address during game play? Only thing I could think of to do was a screenshot of the system console. If there were a better way, please tell me. I just don't know UT well enough to get better info for you guys. I figured if I got the player's name and time of gameplay, maybe admin can find them (username, IP address, etc.) in their logs and ban them. I like playing on the redeemer servers and want to help keep people like that off the servers. I've seen sore losers, but that kind of thing is pretty immature.
