Instant Messaging

I just had a good idea! Why don't we have an insant messanger on here like on Facebook and Myspace? That would be very convient since sometimes I see someone online I wanna talk to, but can't because when I send the message, he's offline, and not to mention I don't really want to PM every time, so do you think you can pull it off Hermskii? That would be friggin' awesome!

I think an add on to the website would be good.

I uninstalled MSN messenger on each computer that I get. I do dot like things running in the background like they (yahoo and msn) do.

BUT I like the idea of coming to the forum and once you are logged in you can instant message someone who is also signed in. I am not sure if this forum has the ability like facebook that you spoke of. But that would be a good touch. Good suggestion Prowner.

Even with all these different instant messengers, it would be WAAAAY more convient to have one built into the forums, I would use it all the time if Hermskii could pull it off, but it may cost some extra money as well, but I don't wanna research that.

Well there is another solution just download xfire from www.xfire.com which actually lets you add your msn/yahoo/aol account all in one messenger so you can chat with people from all those messengers and see what game/server they are playing in and can join them when u see them online.

Sorry but I don't think there is a way to add this feature to this forum. I'll ask around but I think I would have seen it already before if it was possible. It is a good idea though!

I use IM (MSN) personnally ...
and also we have Chat/IM at HUTP. (I use this also - works real good)

Did you all know that?

Ahhh Yes sir we do! Have it over at my site as well, but not sure if Herm can get it here, would be nice though.

X-Fire is the one!!

If all MHMer's used x-fire we would allways be playing together, its such a useful program, it has a built in server browser that allows u to see whos playing on wat at any time, and at a double click ur in that server with them.

its also got in-game chat so u can actually chat within x-fire from in-game
that includes everyone on your msn/yahoo/aim/x-fire all from the comfort of your UT
