Nasty, dirty, cheatin' little bots! Look what they've been doing to me! I swear, I think they're only letting me win, so that'll I'll keep coming back and they can do things like this to me!!

Hahaha! They're gutting you boy! Funny! Nice screenies to. You are saving them to this forum and not photo bucket or somewhere else right? I don't prune anything from this forum. If you keep a picture on this forum, it will stay here. Don't link to a picture that is kept somewhere else if you can help it eh!

OK now this Pyhrric Victory in DM-Underground is my best yet, and was a real hoot to watch. Which is why I wish you guys would come play on this server. You missed a really fine LOL as I died just as I was about to release the gravity vortex. So it happened immediately after I died. You can see the two halves of the vortex container below the names "Karsalim", and "Scarab". I didn't hit respawn for obvious reasons, and as my cadaver swirled about on the edges of the vortex, I sucked in all of the nearby bots and all of the little proxies that were bouncing around. (The proxies btw, scream a really funny yell whenever they get sucked into the vortex, which just adds to the fun.) So I died a beautiful death, and you guys missed it. Shame on you!

I will join you this week nameless, trying to get ut99 to work as intended, then You can walk through installing the mods again. I'll be around Monday night.

Finally installed ut2004, Man had some good times on this server, very fun and love the graphics, looks amazing at 1920*1080 Rez. Some screens from this morning.

Is it a mutator that caused those chalk outlines?

I've been loving ut2k4 too...for the Skaarj!

If your referring to the 4th pic thats the zoomed in sniper scope.

The answer is yes. With Chaos, you can set it to make a chalk outline like they have at murder scenes. It is funny like that. It also puts up a grave stone sometimes with your name on it and who killed you I think. This Chaos mod has all sorts of killer stuff like that with it. Wait till you see the laser proximity mines. You walk through the laser and you get torched by the mine. You can hang them on any wall or doorway. The guy comes running through and gets torched. You get the frag. They see they were killed by you. You see they were killed. It's extra funny when you camp and them them run into your trap! Awesome!

To bad it outlines the first point of the fall and not after the often very animated death which moves the body out of the chalkline before it finally comes to a resting spot. That is why you see them next to the body. Great idea though!

You want funny? In my recent plunge back into ut2k4 I've been collecting a boatload of skins & models.

Aside of how silly that looks, it's kinda odd how the Bender & Professor bots always seem to find each other and hang out without my prompting them to do so.

Ok these are not Pyhrric Victories, just a funny incident. I got killed in DM-Deathfan, and my feet got caught mid tumble with the result that my body was hanging over the abyss above the death fan. Sadly, I could not adjust my camera angle to see what it was I got hung up on. But my dead flesh was hung up to dry. Then someone came along and cooked it. Fresh meat for the barbie!
