Found it in a random search, in an old gaming forum that looks like it's been dead for years.

It looks like UT3 to me
The poly's used on the ut3 characotrs are a lot better then ut99
no points on hte albows etc etc

I have UT3 and that's most definitely the UT3 Engine, however its been modded it looks like. Ive also not seen the Skarrj in UT3 look like that... In fact I dont remember ever seeing a Skarrj LoL
