When you can get young people to have the same attention span as older people you might end up with an informed public. It has never happened that I know of. This also goes for long term recipients of entitlements. They won't look up and realize they may be a large part of the problem. In fact, they have likely accepted it. I'm not talking about the ones that can't help it and our system is designed to provide a safety net for them. I'm speaking of the ones that are knowing gaming our system.
