forum is gone I was trying to do things myself and of course being a noob f****d it up but I am trying to make anutter one i am waiting for the confermation and then again I might not be able to then I'll just use the webpage and post on you goys sights

Are you looking for a forum or just a place to put your own ideas. If the latter, I'd recommend you setup something like a UT-blog on tumblr or something.

If you want it all, and banner/ads free you can host a subdomain on my domain too,
