Major Forum Member Deleted Error!!!

OK people here is the final word so far though I'm still fighting hard. My web-host people now tell me they only have the last 3 days worth of restore points for this forum. That would make their last restore which they sent me to be from last Saturday. It is now good cause it is just a copy of what already happened when I nuked the 25 last users. They are telling me now there is nothing I can do about it.
I'm still fighting this and plan to continue but should I fail I want you all to know how very sorry I am for all of this. My web-host team totally dropped the ball here and I expect to get several folks fired for it. I have moved lots of people over to them in the past and I will now move them away. I have long wanted to move this site from here to another place and can do it and will do it now for damn sure. I will be able to move this whole forum over with no trouble and everything else that is still here like upload files for redirects and stuff like that.
When I move the whole thing over at some point this forum will go down for a week while the old folks hand it over to the new folks. The new folks are awesome and I look forward to being over there were they would have fixed this issue in less than 30 minutes I'm told. They are better, faster, cheaper, offer more space and bandwidth and everything across the board is simply better. The name of this place will not change yet I will be opening a few other domains as well. This as always will take time. The new forum will be on the PHPBB 3.0 platform natively unlike this one which is outdated yet is still newer than any "this web-host" offers me to use currently.
I also opened a crack file and re-nuked my own PC with the worst group of malware and viruses I have ever seen. Want to study about it? It is googled by using viruswebprotect2008 . I have never NOT been able to recover my hard drive after an attach before until this time. I'm on a old spare hard drive right now. I'll have to re-erase my new one which was only active less than one week. I hope this gets you all up to date and again, I'm so sorry that I could cry. CYA!

Here is a copy of the final response I got from my web server provider concerning my nuking the last 25 registered users here and them not being able to restore the data base for me in time. Here it is:
The system snapshot utility determines which database records are available -- this never exceeds 3 days of retention. The database present, are listed on the "View Backup" link on the SQL page -- available database backups can be restored or downloaded from that location only, as there is no other place in the system in which they exist. Every escalated request takes a typical 24-48 hours to be reviewed, depending on the queue -- that means, in most cases, you need to complete and/or perform downloads periodically to ensure that you can recover if there is an issue with a database.
Note, that manual restores of databases are not a service we generally provide -- it requires that an Engineer with access to the server take the time to manually contact and/or generate jobs to run against the MySQL server in question -- while we may in some cases, provide what we have if we have Engineers with spare time to attend to user jobs, it is specifically disclaimed by the Terms of Service, and is considered a Professional Service ($75/hour minimum) for an Engineer to spend time working on an account.
In this case, the request was forwarded and Engineering advised that there was no existing snapshot from the period requested -- the account was showing only two complete days (this varies depending on how busy the background snapshot routines are, based on changes).
You should ensure that you write scripted routines to provide backups of new records on a daily basis as part of your site design, wherever possible -- and, you should perform daily or periodic exports, depending on the value of your data in databases.
Unfortunately, it is not uncommon that the automated server platform snapshots are not available for earlier periods, so as to be useful for data recovery in all cases; hence, user backups must be performed to meet backup needs.

I called within 30 minutes once I realized what I had done and what it would take to fix it. I have done every single thing I could to this point to get this forum restored. I'm done and I'm sorry that we lost so much great information at the cost of your time and effort. Sorry.

Nope, I have nothing. I have now way of knowing who is gone now. I should have done an upgrade to prevent the whole thing from having spammers in the first place and then I should have had a recent backup which I did not have. I suck. It just kills me that this could have been avoided and yet I'm still mad that my web host TOTALLY failed me at every turn. That is what bugs me the most.
