see through texture problems

ok so i have been working on my map and in the main room i made a huge water tank with devilfish eating nalis in it

and i made the floor texture one you can see through and it was working for a while...but then i started to get this...

does any one have any idea why this is??

my first question : Is there a level / room beneath the floor to look at?
Also what kind of brush did you use to make the floor? A sheet brush?

SUPER LAAAAAAAAAAAME i dont know what happened but i must have saved over somthing because i lost all of my updates!!!!! so know i have to do them all over!! very upsetting
