I randomly found this thread on the Redeemer Insanity forum:

Well I can prove you that there is a way to get down to ground level without using any translocators, everything you need is jumpboots, a body armor or shieldbelt and to press and hold down the "crouch" button until you reach the ground. Of course you need to jump down from a particular spot to avoid the killing zone...

Yes, that is all of the streets that you drive on as well as golf courses! LOL.
