Mr Entity, I never claimed to be unbeatable, as MEAT does.
The difference between you and I is you have never beaten him and I actually DID- and more than once. So I don't believe I need to prove myself since I already have.

And trust me, in the beginning we all lost...I lost a lot...but not so much to Pekker.
I think Pekker had a habit of spawn killing...but that was his style...get lucky.
Plus he started way before I did...he shouldn't have been better back then.
The problem is he never improved like I did...sad but true.
And yes, I am the best better one on one..no doubt about that.
And to prove that I'll play anyone worthy, key word worthy
of the challenge.
I actually thought pekker was worthy, he said he got better...but the truth is he didn't.
Not sure why he would say such a thing....hmm whatever.
But I've seen it before with others who were frustrated with losing.

Well I must admit that PH has caught me out in a big fat lie. I have beaten...... er, defeated the MEAT.

BUT, it was when MEAT was newb. And within 2 weeks of his starting to play on CG he was one right pain in the ass, and very difficult to beat. A month later or so, and he was off and away on his career path of becoming one of the icons of the later generation of players.

And since that time, I have never beaten him.

The same story with perhaps a somewhat different time line is true of KK as well. I'll never beat him again either.

And even now PH, as I type this entry sir, you are getting your ass handed to you by UT STAR over at CG. She has just totally whipped your ass in Deck 16, a map you should have mastered long since.

Although this sounds like an excuse, it is really 100% true-today i had out-patient surgery on a my neck and can't really move my arm or fingers very much right now , so yeah, today I do suck...but i will recover...and I still gave everbody a good run despite having essentially one hand..

I usually kill UT STAR way more than she kills me...but she kills more bots, hence she wins...

I'm more interested in killing my opponents than bots. I don't care if I have the greatest number of kills total, just that i kill my opponents more. And seeing as Meat has a defender now, and this conversation is now 2 VS 1, I will not be coming back here.

I tried to keep this nice here. I even feel I stayed out of it pretty good and yes this is MEAT's Forum. The only problem I actually see here is that with a little more diplomacy on everybody's part, I think nobody would be so upset as to say they weren't coming back either to this forum or to certain servers.

This is a failure on the part of nearly everyone involved and it saddens this Reagan era, right wing, fiscally conservative, WAR LOVING Hermskii.

Come on folks. Get a grip here. It is a game and yes some peeps are better than others and some talk more smack than others even when they may be good enough to back it up. The problem is this went too far. I saw it going too far days ago and tried to dash it with some cold water then.

I understand that we have some "strong" personalities here but I doubt seriously that I have ever run off any player from a server or from a forum. Now someone tell me that I'm wrong here in the way I feel this went too far so I can rip your F'N head off. That's how pissed this continued crap gets me and I don't appreciate this conduct here! I even invited some folks here to take it somewhere else and I was ignored.

This is worse and more sad than a certain pathetic thread I actually had to delete the other day because some folks weren't grown up enough to either shut up or stay out of it or stay away from it. It reminds me of people too busy with themselves and their own lives to get out of the way of emergency vehicals in transit. I want to shoot people like that in the F'N head. Now cut the crap!

I think I kept my cool and only spoke the truth when the facts were presented.
As for the verbal banter, that is something Pekker and I have done since 2003.
And to be honest with you that was the nicest I've ever seen Pekker act.
But don't forget I was never a favorite among the regulars for speaking my mind.
My whole goal since day one was to have fun and to make the game Redeemer a better one.
And of course I'm going to step on some toes, because people fear change.
Anyway, that being said, don't worry about Pekker being upset or him not coming back to this forum.
Pekker has been around longing then I have and this forum has been here longing then Pekker has.
Everyone knows about this forum, you advertised it since you began and I've done the same.
Pekker said he didn't know about this forum until recently...come on, hit me kick me but don't chit me.
The only reason Pekker came to this forum was to call me out and to stir trouble.
And I think I defused or handled the situation in a civil matter. Nicer then I usually would when dealing with Pekker.
Plus running a server I spend a lot of time "eye balling" mine and other servers.
So I kind of have a feel with who's playing and who's not playing. Pekker only shows every full moon.
Sure it's sad to see someone get so frustrated and say they won't return but I doubt he was intending to stay.
But again I could be wrong...most people think I'm wrong half the time anyway.
And if that's the case I apologize for running off Pekker from this forum.

Ok, MEA CULPA. I was only trying to tell PH that he wasn't ready to take on MEAT.

And I was all prepared to concede that YES, Meat does have a huge advantage on his own server. Hell, I've pointed that out on my own.
My ISP has been shafting me so bad of late, that I often don't even get to hear or see a spread of rockets coming at me, out in the open even, until they are about one second away, or less. I try to translocate away, but am often suddenly dragged back to see my body parts flying all over the place. If PH is suffering like this, then he should only jump into a match with Meat over at CG where the ping is hopefully more even.

And yes, PH is correct that UT Star goes for the bot kills. It's a perfectly legitimate way to win this game. However I too often just play the game where I try to hunt down the human opponents, not caring about the score. I like to keep them on their toes, as best I can, even though my ping and packet loss is terrible at CG also.

And lastly, I hope you feel better soon PH. Take some time away from the game. The drugs they use for surgery totally mess up your reaction time for far longer than you might expect. I know from experience.
Give your body time to heal, and then practice, practice, practice. You must know the maps as well as Meat does, to have any kind of chance. Learn where the invisibility powerup is hidden in each map, and try to keep it away from him. He has enough advantage already -even at CG- without being near impossible to see.

Read a bit of this thread, and it is a shame that people get all uptight. It's a game people, take a breath. I get beat alot and then I win alot too, it's all part of the game.
