Competitions 2!!!

It's the same idea of the other topic, but I wanted to start a new one to keep things in order.

Now it's about PMH. You all know the server right?, Just in case you don't know it, it's IP is 64.34.165.189:7777 (website http://www.planetmonsterhunt.com)

Scotty is very active member of that monster hunt community, and he helps a lot improving maps, mods, etc. I also play there quite often and there are many great players.

Well, the thing is they host also the mod TMH (Team Monster Hunt). You may know that mod; 2 teams killing monsters and killing the other team if necessary. The team with the most frags win the game. So, any of you would like to play that mod? Just like the other topic, this is just an invitation, drop by the server, play TMH, see if you like it, and then, we could set up a match against them

I know there was a topic like this before, but it was related to a mappers competition, this is just an invitation for you to play and know the mod

You know the funny thing about TMH is that most often it becomes too friendly. I've played game after game where players will share the pickups and take turns on the objectives instead of playing like it's all out team competition. In fact I've been chided on the server for playing too harshly against the other team .

All in all I think it's great though. It shows a community built in teamwork.

TMH is competition. You're not supposed to help members who are not from your team. TMH is kill as many monster as you can, no matter what. If you have to kill the other team, then do it: don't let them steal your frags, and, if you can, you steal their frags

If you kill a guy from the other team you lose a point in score, but if you kill him/her in order to kill first, for example, a titan, it's ok because you lose a point but you gain 100 for killing it.

So that's it, perhaps you should post this topic on PMH forum Scotty. People are competitive there too.

I havent read the other thread yet so sorry if this has been mention, but those of us who have been here since MHM2 was started and finished know a lot about TMH.
Kort use to put it on her server and we would have fun nights where we would split up and have a competition.
EVERYBODY played it because it was so fun, Herm,scify, meat, Chef, supreme, X, everybody else on this forums lol, and even some of the old SRA( is that the right tag? its been too long i cant remember) were even there.
It was a blast.
Would be nice to play that again, maybe we could get somebody to throw it on a server for some practice? or does Scotty's server already have it?
