Normally I'm just me, but if I'm faced with a problem then my 5 Voices come out and we debate it.
Lawful is what I should do, or would normally do. (That player needs help!)
Chaotic is what I want to do, and is also the little voice which tells me what I don't want to hear. (No, he killed a cow, he deserves to die)
Neutral is simple logic, regardless of feelings. (but a cow is just a load of pixels and bytes, that's a real person over there!)
Fearless is the part of me that wants to try something new, and speak my mind. (Kill the monster! it's worth points, sod the cow hater)
Cow is the UT99 only part of me which is dedicated to being a War Cow. (Moo!)
Usually it's just Lawful Vs
Chaotic with Neutral having the last word, like a judge.
But if all three voices don't want to do something:
No, it would only make him dislike us

It serves no purpose to anger other players.
