How does this signature pic work?

Okay, for ages now, I've been trying to get my signature picture of me holding a sniper rifle, but it always say something like it cannot determine the file size or something like that. Is there anyway to avoid that from happening?

Here is the photo I would like to put on it:

Yeah, I got that After I added an image (and it stuck) then later when I tried to add some text to my sig. it happened - I got that error.
Could it be that you have too many characters in your signature?
(More than 255 as it is currently set?)
That is what I figured happened in my case but I could be wrong.

I don't think that's the problem... Because I see on yours that you have way more characters than I do on mine, but then again the picture I'm trying to get on here is bigger than yours, and it accesses my "Myspace" account to get it, so I wish you could just copy and paste the picture on here.... Wait... I just had an idea! What if I was to copy and paste it on a word file, then copy and paste the word file on here?

What if you press ALT+PrintScreen, make a new Bitmap file, open it with MS-Paint, paste the picture, go to ImageShack, upload the pic, resize it to 320x240 and convert it to JPG, copy and paste the image code in your signature?

... Nope... I did it all, except I didn't know how to convert it to a JPG image file, so that could be a problem... but atleast I can post it right now to show what it looks like in the given dimensions you gave me:

Most any graphics application will Save a graphic as a jpeg!
Even Paint will!

Yeah... Well I never knew that. There could be other problems, but maybe someone who already has a picture on their signature like, YOU! How did you get yours on there?
And I think I would prefer it to be bigger like this:

Angel is right, it used to work before, I think it's either Hermskii has disabled the image uploading for signatures or the service is broken. Someone complained about huge signature pics in the past so maybe that's the reason why they don't work any more now.

Herm where are you? Enlighten us please!
Would be nice to know of any changes made to the forum...
