I have no problems with MSN Messenger. I only installed Messenger and I unchecked all the rest of that stuff.

Yes, there are maps that if you kill the Nali you get cursed.

......What I dislike is when family (Mom and Dad) ask for help (a little bit of money) and you want to help so you send a check in the mail since they do not have the same bank to do a transfer between accounts and they do not know how to use PayPal. 3 months later they still do not get a check, because it was lost in the mail.

So next time you try to walk them through PayPal so they can get the money faster and more secure, but no....... there has to be a hiccup, even if it is a mental one on the end of the loved ones. I want to help my family, they have taken care of me and I want to help when they ask, but it can frustrating. Why can't they have the same bank I do so I can do a transfer between accounts? Why can they be versed in PayPal so they receive money without hiccups?

Why can't I have more patience?

And for those who think of asking for money.............

Well I just read an article about this police Sgt who was involved in a hit and run accident where he was the person arrested. He is now suing the city after the city fired him. Here is the story http://www.kxly.com/news/22048330/detail.html

That Sgt was rightfully fired and his retirement should be taken away, since he committed a crime. His police certification should be revoked. Jokers as this fool makes me irritated.

Ring....ring...ring.....
"Hello" I say."Larry Bahe" caller asked for.
"No. No one by that name here"
"Don't lie. I just talked to him last night from this phone number."
"No. This is my phone."
"OK"
Call is disconnected.
Ring....ring...ring.....
Hello" I say.
"Larry Bahe" caller asked for.
"No. No one by that name here"
"Oh...he must have changed his number last night."
????????????
Why do people call on my cell phone and tell me I am lying when I say that the phone is mine and there is no one that they are asking for here.

When they ask who is this, when they are on the phone with me, I reply that I am the one who owns the phone.
P.S. I have had the phone for some time.

OK, I do not want to vent too much because I need to be grateful for what I have.............

Now. I took a risk and bought a newer used vehicle on Ebay from a dealer. It was a new car trade in. It is a vehicle that we were looking for. It had a clean carfax report, the body looks clean. The price was a good price, within the budget (barely). I am thankful for this, at least I think am thankful. The reason I do not know if I am grateful is because I do not have the vehicle. It is in New Jersey and I live in Arizona. I am having a heck of a time finding a carrier to have the vehicle transported to me. The weather in the north east is not helping anything except to prolong the process. I saved around $3000-$5000 on the vehicle but will pay around $1000 or so for shipping. I have gone through two brokers already and no bites/takers. I am on the verge of a third broker who claims he could pick it up within 7-10 days. He stated that he contacted three carriers that he works for and they claimed that they would pick it up.

Why did the vehicle have to be in Jersey, why not California, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, or even Nevada.......... :?:

Lame gripe maybe but let's see what happens. Stick to the good news that you have a car coming soon! Yeah, that sounds better!

I agree about having a newer car and hopefully it will serve my family well.

I have the vehicle......it is in the body shop right now. When I got the vehicle I discovered that it was missing the upper molding and brake light above the liftgate. The wire to the brake light was cut. The seller claimed he did not notice the missing parts.

And then I discovered the the right rear window would not roll down. I discovered that someone (dealer or previous owner) had took off the door panel and tied the window to the frame of the door with speaker wire so that the window would not come down or up since the window regulator was discovered broken/tangled cable. The seller stated that he did not notice this either.

I then noticed that the RPM gauge, the battery gauge, and the fuel gauge is not working either. The seller stated that he did not notice this either.

So far I have a little over $1000 in repairs without knowing about the mechanical side such as the engine and transmission. This seller's ID on eBay is newcartrades, he claimes to be an auto dealer company by the name of 1 2 3 Auto sales in Augusta New Jersey. The true business, at least at this time, is an autobody shop by the name of Auto Body Connections. He offered to pay $240 to help with the bills if I leave positive feedback on eBay. Do you smell a fraud?...

It's either a fraud or the seller is affected by total blindness...

Buyer beware.
There is typically flaws in all preowned stuff.
To late to warn or scold you but a used car means it's used.
Catching the simplest flaws (things that sellers know about but wont admit) is always the toughest.
My advice is to break his hand and/or arm.
Frst place his hand or arm in car door...ask for money back.
If no is the answer...slam car door...repeat if not broken or money not present.

Payback is hell.
The last guy that "double crossed" me ended up walking to work for a month.
I think he finally got his car to work...?

That sucks David. Bummer. Somewhere in all of this you sign a form that in huge letters said "AS-IS" and I can tell you that for is iron clad in a court. Unless you have specific conditions on that form you are screwed basically. Le's hope you and your mechanic have found all that is wrong already. Car fax is a joke by the way. The best way to by a car is on a lot of the car maker itself and only if it is certified by that lot. Used and about 3-4 years old is the best bang for the buck. Good luck!

Well, I was unsure if I should post this or not because it might turn out alright, again it might not.

Back in 2007, I bought a SONY 46” Bravia LCD TV model KDL-46V3000 (1080p) HD. I bought on "Black Friday and I was able to get a sale on it. Still, it was about $1600. I ended paying about $460 extra for an extended warranty...... Well as of yesterday, the TV on the right side has displaying shadows, lines, and dark areas. I was sort of irritated. I spent over $2000 for a name brand TV and almost three years later it is dying on me :!: I kept the receipt so I looked at it and saw that the extended warranty is valid until November of 2010.. So I called Sears to arrange for service. I explained to them what it was doing and it sounded as if they knew what the issue was. They set up an appointment to come and look at the TV. So hopefully they can fix it because right now I can not afford to replace it. Man, what happened to quality? I have a 32" CRT Toshiba TV (heavy sucker) and it going strong and I have had it for about 10 years.. We will see if this truly develops into a vent or not.

I feel for you bro. I have a big 47" HD TV and I don't expect it to make it too long. I think it is about 3 years old now. I have a 19" Mitsubishi too that I have in one of my kids room. It was bought in 87 - 88 and works perferctly still. Remote control, and cable ready baby!

Now I feel bad for everybody that spent the bucks on big HD TVs and the 3D TV has started coming out. Funny that NON-3D HDTV will be considered old school in just a few years.

Well....... ......today was the day that Sears came to look at my TV. And of course, when the tech turned on the TV it worked fine. I turned it on and off the TV multiple times to see if it would what it does to me, BUT......Noooooooooooooooooo  oooooooooo. It works fine so the Tech called Sony and without proof of it failing the Tech can not do anything. For the board that might (is) going out is about $2000, so .......

What I told the Tech is that I will document and take digital pictures of the screen when it acts up and he stated that would be good to help prove what is going on.

I had some work done it besides the window door regulator and rear molding/3rd light. I had the following items replaced/serviced; spark plugs, upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostat, spare tire hoist, new tires, flushed and serviced the transmission, oil and oil filter, air filter, and fuel filter........I hope that it will be a good solid car since I did the above mentioned items. At least I hope. Thanks asking Herm. I was advised if the service of the TV will be more than a new TV, they will replace the TV. So I just need to document with pictures and information..
