I joined the dU server the other night and came across some strange activity



But ofcourse i simply countered this MHM style and got higher than them

I have seen something like that before, it's a weapon part of the Samurai Weapons package, the main missile is a WarHead and it breaks up into a sphere of rockets but it lags the hell out of my craptop, the framerate goes almost to zero... Think of a server filled with those rockets... Nah too much lag and server would probably crash.

Then it's coded incorrectly. The hit a server takes should be no more than if you were splashing bio goop all over the place. Think of stuff like the creepinator, it has many rockets from a single shot but it doesn't lag. It is certainly a doable thing and I have a pretty good idea why the samurai is no good.

Yes, they tolerate that now but they ban people for speaking french.

In my opinion, that is so lame. Why should you ban someone for speaking in their own language?!??! In the end of the day, it would be your fault for not being able to speak more than one language.

Yes Hellfy, you´re right. He was spamming and not being polite, that is wrong in any language

And yes, that is their rule. I was just commenting it, not saying that we should disrespect it. Even if we don´t like it, it´s their rule and we should respect it if we want to play there.

I Did something like that, with a skaarj with UT2004 Projectile texture, if they touched they would fuse together to create a super energy projectile which did double damage, was larger and moved faster.

I was curious, haven't been on the dU server in a long while, so I noticed HellFire was there and I decided to take a look at the server.
Well it looks like they made some major changes:

- There are "only" 200 maps loaded on the server; all the crap, spammy, BTish maps are gone for good
- They tweaked their MH mod a bit, specially the radar that now shows you the name of the other players
- There's a 4th column which contains the most voted and/or newer maps
- They added one of our maps: MH-SevenTests{MHM} (w00t?)
- Idlekick is set to 600 seconds
- There are admin girls every where!
- One asshat has been kicked for teamshooting and harassing

The place was not that bad after all.
