My only christmas gift is color nook.My family gave me gift cards for chritmas.
I have small apartment.
I love to read book.I'm running out room too keep books.
I can sit in dark read a book. Read book from libary.I can surf on internet.
In fact I'm use it now.I need spell app to correct my bad spelling.
I have over 200 book

A reading tablet. Nice! I think it will be a fine solution to book storage for you. Hopefully you can back up your e-books to your computer and burn them to a cd for long term storage.
I also admire you for earning the nickname "Scify" and for reading books as much as you do despite your disability.

My parents used to be big readers, and belonged to the Double Day book club. They solved the problem of storage by building a set of shelves under the eaves of this house. There must be over 200 50-60 year old books in there. Many are even older. Taking them out of there and going through them all and then disposing of them is one of the chores I dread having to do should I ever move out of this place.

Yes nameless that it.If I was you , would check out they are hardback book and first Edition .There could be wroth something. I pick Nook Color.That any books I buy.Something happen to Nook color.When get new one ,just download them down again for free. I 'm going to back up on micro SD memory card.Just in case they stop make nook. I can use on PC. In fact Herm can download app for iPhone read books http://www.barnesandnoble.com/u/free-no ... /379002321.If I need help Nook Color I just go to store.
They gave free class how use on Nook color and Nook Tablet( is newest one).

In 8 or 9 month I maybe get new phone there chance change cell phone company.I would go with Android if I have money pay for Data package.
