Oddly Nelsona gave me this idea...



...however indirectly.

He kinda pokes me about the multiple versions of the same map and the fact I like putting potentially server crashing monsters & pawns on them. So, I went with the classic MH-Krall][ KeLLeR (gonna reverse capitalization on that someday) built me, swapped out all of the weapons, and replaced them with just the one staff weapon.

I kinda wanted to make it more of a fair fight, staff weapons against staff weapons. The only real difference is that the Krall have the numbers and they can melee attack at close range.

Map still has a pistol & chainsaw as defaults, so I guess it kinda balances out.

Just played THUNDERBOLT'S MH-(dU)ComatoseFinal:



- Most of the music is amazing.
- No bot pathing to speak of.
- Nice monster placement.
- 2 monsters I've never even seen before.
- The lovey dovey pairing in the final area is goofy.
- Thought the icey floor, slip & slide, in the first area was very cool. Rarely see that.
- Some of the skinning on a few monsters a tad cartoonish but nice.
- GiantGasBag's skinning very cool, doesn't transter to little gasbags they create.

This is a lucky screenshot I took during the SRA "going away party" for the Schwantz server that was being shut down. Redeemers galore, and all over the place. Fun stuff. Good memories.

The shadow warrior lives! Lo Wang, shadow warrior, has risen from the ashes of the old DOS game to smite the evils running amok on the European WoW server "Thunderhorn". Yes, the Ninja warrior has returned as a "rogue". This role is a perfect fit, considering that Ninja's are rogues, and that Lo Wang had turned on his old boss Zilla and driven him off to who knows where. (The game had no sequel, so we never did find out how things turned out in the end.)

Here are screen shots of Lo Wang, standing beside his Dwarven quest giver of the moment. As you can see; he does seem to have suffered a bit in the transition from DOS to Windoze.
