elo everyone im planning on upgrading my pc with a new graphix card but not sure wat too get ive been thinking of gettin Radeon X1950pro AGP version but its alittle pricey around £130 the main reason i want it is too run games like UT3 and Crysis on my PC and my current games that i need too run on lower settings like farcry, half-life2, halo and some more.
so if anyone could reakomend me some AGP graphix cards that would run somthing like UT3 on nice settings for under £100 cos working at mc donalds dont pay so good lol, oh and ill probly need a new PSU aswell.
My current pc specs are...
Its a Phillips Freeline MT2100 with
a Intel Pentium4 3.2ghz
768mb DDR PC3200 ram (soon buying a gig)
Ati Radeon 9250 128mb graphix card
199gb HDD
300watts PSU

Don't know.
I think that you should use whatever feels best for yourself. I only use 1024 X 768. Every resolution you mentioned is higher than mine so I'm sure your game looks god. I too still have my Nvidia GeForce 4200ti 128MB ram card. It still rules too. It is in the server box right now I think. CYA!

well £130 is about $200 dollars roughly im not sure tho they keep changing the exchange rate, and everythings cheaper in USA anyway. i would prefer an ati cos im on one now plus Nvidia dont really do any top end AGP cards, and does anyone know if the radeon X1650 is any good its alot cheaper than the X1950 but has a less pixel pipeline

i have agp 4x/8x and that card wont fit in my pc its too fat lol, thats 1 of my main conserns knowing if it will fit in my pc lol. i have a Midi sized case if that helps.

that Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 is nice!, that would really set off my system, cant seem too find any UK sites that sell them tho, had a quick look in google and couldent find anything
