If you don't have a problem that SP3 fixes then don't install SP3.

ive installed it all seems well only problem is had to repatch my uxtheme.dll that allows me to have custom themes, reason i installed it cos it came up on windows update and it has a feature called blackhole router detection that stops routers from silently discarding packets dont think its helped tho as my msn still randomly disconnects
basically SP3 has had no noticable changes waste of an update really if u can even call it an update
