TOO EASY!

NR.2000 and I were playing in a -surprisingly- empty MHM earlier today. Usually we play at Chico's DirectgameserversExcalibur***** Monster Hunt server. Chico's server is not known as one that's overly difficult to play in.

One of the first things I commented on to 2k was how ridiculously easy it was to take out even the titan gate guardian in MH-Arden. All of the other monsters went down quickly too. Throw in the fact that you can ramp your health up to 5000 by camping a health keg, and you've got an MH server that's a veritable cake-walk.

May I suggest that the monsters be toughened up two or three notches? It's just too easy in there the way it is right now.

Good suggestion. I'll do it as soon as I remember how too. It's been a long time since I changed anything like that on the server. I think it is the bot skill setting. I'll get to it eh! Thanks for the suggestion. Try to find out what Chico has his set to eh!

OK! It's done. I see a big difference. It seems the monsters are better, stronger...faster! They shoot faster and more often. They dodge more now too. Hopefully it won't be a cakewalk while at the same time I hope it isn't too difficult when you're in there by yourself!. Good call on this suggestion Nameless Entity. Later!

Well I sure hope I haven't "created a monster" with my suggestion.

Since I am reduced to playing UT with my old PII 300 due to Dell's foot dragging; I sure hope I haven't driven myself off of the server either!

Looks good Herm. I just played MH-Arden all the way through by myself and it was an adequate challenge to kill the beasties, if still a bit on the easy side.
