That reminds me. I've been reading too many post from MEAT and Killer_Klownz lately. It is like they took me over there for a second. Sorry. Sad to here that X doesn't play UT anymore. Why not? Wish him and his loved ones well for me OK? Oh God they're taking me over again. See paragraph 1.

Roger that K. My youngest is 1 year and 3 months old so 18 years minus that age should equal about 16 years and 9 months and thus, it should be safe for me to say that I'll be ready around Dec. 10th, 2024 provided the little punk actually "goes off to college." Is that good for you?

he doesnt play cause he got sick of it, just got boring to him
I think the final straws though were that he kept making maps (some that looked really good btw) but buggy Unreal Ed kept crashing on him and he started all over.
He would get pissed at times lol
he does stop by on MHM and some bt servers everynow and then but under a different name.

It will usually only crash when you try to do something wrong or that the engine cannot handle. After a few maps i have found the way to work without it crashing at all EVER. This new MH map i am almost done with has been in construction for like a year now. Ed has not crashed once on me.
Depending on your install and what your system is set , some people have to use the nodelta patch to get the ed to work. Or maybe you had installed 452 patch? that causes ed to stop booting also.
It's cool and this is @ Herm also.
My thread about learning ED will address these issues also.
There is a crash free way to map. I can teach you easily.

One good mapper once told me that he did work on maps and then did a "Save" without "rebuilding" the map.
And this was from an experienced mapper. (I am not naming names LOL )
For those of you who don't know mapping - you must do a "rebuild all" function before Saving a map!
He did this all the time but wondered why he had crashes & problems with maps.
